Great location great staff great food

Rooms were a bit dated

very nice hotel but basic, close to Cenang walk by taxi, nice spa, staff very helpful beach is lovely, peaceful, a lot of nice greenery, flowers and plants

Breakfast! it only caters for Asians...we didnt find much to eat as variety of breads, pastries, fruits...were not available asian/malay dishes only which we dont usually eat for breakfast

Need a little bit renovation. Breakfast could be better. Maybe is better to choose to eat in the morning somethere else. But coffee is nice!:) But this resor was good choice.

Breakfast was good and delicious, we had a mix of European and local cuisine. Beach is just few steps ahead. There was wonderful sheltered sunbeds where you can spend a day taking sun bath and hiding from a rain.

The lighting in the room was very fade. There were multiple switches, so we need time to remember what they are for. Wardrobe door was broken, we couldn't fully open it to take a bathrobe. Later it got magically fixed even we didn't leave an repair request. Sheltered sunbeds were so good but there is only 6 of them.

The Frangipani Resort was excellent place for a family vacation. We had a suite with sea view, and the beach was just 30 m away and the pool was right beside our suite. We enjoyed so much!

We has the resort breakfast only once, because we did not include it. That was a good decision, because the breakfast was a bit expensive and did not meet our expectations. Breakfast in the nearby cafe's was far more cheap and worth money.

Great location on the beach. Low level cottages with sea or garden views. An eco hotel , pleasant atmosphere, very green and lush. Easy access to the busier parts of the resort but this was quiet and secluded the perfect place to watch the sun go down . The bed was so comfortable.

We had a sliding patio style door entrance that didn’t seem very secure at all. It needed a replacement locking mechanism.

this is my repeat stay to Frangipani.The first in July 2022. My first stay seems everything in a very good conditions compare to this time

my room locations is near to septic tank so the smells not so good.Some more it was raining so feel very uncomfortable if just open the door.

Beach, restaurant and room was great. Enjoyed the organic farm tour.

Some of the fittings were getting a bit dated. i.e. outdoor shower broken, door lock to room dodgy. I’m told that they will be upgrading things next year, so hopefully the little things will be fixed.

The best part of the hotel was its location on a nice a clean beach. Surounded by beutiful trees with lots of nice birds. Real treat for a nature lover. I am impresed at their focus on green values and ecology

The service at the restaurant could be a bit quicker. We wanted to have a a last dinner with a view but waiting staff dissapeared after handing us menus. We had to leave to rush to the airport

Food in the resort ..was good but not exciting

The hospitality and friendliness of the staff esp Ms Peng and Cik Fatin. The calmness of the resort.

The Frangipani Langkawi resort is one of the best beach resorts I have ever stayed in. It is about fifteen minutes by taxi from the airport and the journey wasn’t expensive – about £8. We spent four nights there at a cost of £453 for bed and breakfast and frankly wish we could have stayed longer. The location is on Pantai Tengah Beach which is at the southern end of Cenang beach. It is a beach with fewer tourists, less development and more private. Nevertheless, you can still rent jet skis, or go para-ascending! It is a fabulous spot right on a deserted white sandy beach that shelves gently into the delightfully warm sea. The hotel has a series of bungalows with air conditioning, outside showers, fridges, hair dryers, toiletries, huge double beds tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, wardrobe and desk space and frankly everything you could wish for. The resort has two pools - one salt water and one clarified with chlorine - both are quite small but perfectly adequate. There are also two small outside Jacuzzis and a great grassy area with sun beds and shades where you can sunbathe on the edge of the beach. An area of the sea has been netted off so that there is no risk of any jellyfish stings, although whilst we were there in March I swam outside the netting frequently and never saw any jellyfish at all. Breakfast at the hotel was an eat all you like of anything you like, catering for Indian, Chinese, European and UK tastes. There was even peanut butter - a very definite plus for this hotel. The reception staff could not have been more helpful or welcoming. Altogether this was one of the most pleasant beachside hotels I have ever stayed in I would wholeheartedly recommend it. I would love to go back sometime.

Gorgeous sea views, right on the beach, good location minutes away from main strip in Pentai Cenang. Staff were very friendly and customer service was excellent- we had a problem with our room and they handled it very well.

The bar closed too early on an evening about 10:30pm

Staff wasn't paying attention to guests on the terrace, glassed remained empty unless you would walk to the bar yourself.
